What to expect

  • Performing tasks in both indoor and outdoor service
  • Assembly and commissioning of media technology (professional displays, projectors, mounting systems, equipment cabinets)
  • Installation of hardware components (video conferencing technology, media control, AV signal processors, audio components, network technology)
  • Configuration of video conferencing systems and media technology components (installing updates, adjusting settings, putting systems into operation)
  • Conducting maintenance
  • Diagnosing errors in VC technology and media technology
  • Regular reporting to the team leader

What you bring

  • You have a degree in IT-based or media technology
  • Professional experience in the field of video, audio, and media technology
  • Experience with video conferencing codecs such as Cisco, Poly, or MS Teams
  • Understanding of programming media controls, optionally Crestron
