YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing of return and repair orders
- Order processing in compliance with relevant processing regulations
- Clarification of technical, logistical, and commercial processing details
- Handling of complaints
- Entering order data into the corresponding system
- Monitoring of deadlines
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Checking prices, coordination with suppliers and customers
