Your responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to technical issues
  • Recording, documenting, and classifying error reports, service requests, and IT inquiries are part of your daily work. If necessary, you escalate to 2nd level support
  • You support our service desk teams in providing support for electronic workstations and their peripheral devices via telephone hotline or remote access
  • Support and advise users on technical matters are important components of the job profile
  • You analyze and resolve error reports and service requests
  • You are responsible for the administration and maintenance of user login and access rights

What we expect from you

  • You have successfully completed vocational training in the IT field and have professional experience in IT service and support
  • Ideally, you have knowledge and experience in operating and/or supporting in the
