Hello we are hiring a Customer service/ Shipping & Receiving in the city of Santa Ana


Customer service/ Shipping & Receiving:

  • City of Santa Ana
  • Cherry Picker/ Order Exp needed
  • Customer Service/Shipping & Receiving Exp needed
  • Tuesday-Saturday
  • 9:00am6:00pm
- $16-20HR
- $$Weekly Pay
- $$Monthly Bonuses

Responsibilities:


  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize order picking and packing processes.
  • Verifying the orders to make sure it's correct.
  • Make sure everything gets scanned out correctly.
  • Inspecting cabinets to make sure no there is no damages.
  • Opening product for customer inspection and closing product to load into customer vehicle.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management and order picking tools
  • Strong communication skills and a customerfocused approach
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts or order pickers
  • Basic math skills for order accuracy and inventory management
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp-to-hire


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
