Hello we are hiring a Customer service/ Shipping & Receiving in the city of Santa Ana

Customer service/ Shipping & Receiving:

- $16-20HR
- $$Weekly Pay
- $$Monthly Bonuses

Responsibilities:

Process orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize order picking and packing processes.
Verifying the orders to make sure it's correct.
Make sure everything gets scanned out correctly.
Inspecting cabinets to make sure no there is no damages.
Opening product for customer inspection and closing product to load into customer vehicle.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred
Proficiency with Warehouse Management and order picking tools
Strong communication skills and a customerfocused approach
Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts or order pickers
Basic math skills for order accuracy and inventory management
Familiarity with order fulfillment processes

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
