We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Application Manager to join our dynamic IT Operations Team in Frankfurt or Berlin. As the Enterprise Applications Manager, you will be responsible for the architecture, maintenance, support, and administration of a diverse portfolio of applications and technology solutions, with a focus on ERP/CRM applications such as HubSpot and Dynamics 365 BC. Working closely with business units, you will ensure that technical solutions align with organizational goals and objectives. Your role will be crucial in facilitating effective communication and coordination, as well as implementing agreed objectives.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Enterprise Application Administration and Management

  • Take ownership of Scope's Enterprise Applications (CRM - Hubspot, ERP – Dynamics 365 Business Central, etc.) at both the strategic and operational levels, including support, governance, documentation, incidents, and release management

Enterprise Application Strategy and Roadmaps

  • Assess and manage functional requirements and needs from corporate functions and business units for enterprise applications
  • Develop and own enterprise application roadmaps in collaboration with technology and business leadership

Enterprise Application Integrations and Data Strategy

  • Manage requirements and execution of system integrations across enterprise applications in collaboration with IT and Engineering teams
  • Responsible for managing and designing
