As a Dispatcher, you will play an important role in our customer service.

What does a Dispatcher do at flex|pos?

You organize and distribute service requests to technicians in both domestic and international locations.
You handle phone inquiries and clarifications, and escalate them to the technical support team.
You monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
You also book spare parts and maintain customer data.
You will use our ticketing system, MS Outlook, and our selfdeveloped apps as your technical work environment.

What are the required qualifications for a Dispatcher?

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
Previous experience in telephone customer service is an advantage.
