Commercial Employee (m/f/d)


The tri d'Aix GmbH is a family-owned company that has been operating nationally and internationally since 1991. As an importer and distributor in the confectionery sector, our focus is on the marketing of fruit gums, marshmallows, hard caramels, and chewing gum.

We are currently looking for a dedicated commercial employee (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining product data in the GUS merchandise management system (e.g. creation, changes, and deactivation)
  • Maintaining product data in the online data pool Atrify (e.g. creation, changes, and deletion)
  • Creating product specifications for trade goods
  • Updating product specifications for all secondary placement units and contract manufacturing items
  • Ensuring complete maintenance of supplier data in GUS
  • Handling customer inquiries for detailed product data/specifications (e.g. ingredients, declarations)
  • Handling customer inquiries for product certificates (IFS, BRC, etc.)
  • Sending long-term supplier declarations to customers upon request
  • Billing costs with waste disposal service providers (currently on a quarterly basis + annual reporting)
