Responsibilities:

You will support in the analysis and planning of medium- and long-term building occupancy and maintain our occupancy plans.
You will assist in the planning and implementation of small and medium-sized renovation projects, mainly for office and meeting rooms:
- Gathering user requirements
- Describing scope of work
- Scheduling and cost estimation
- Preparing information, plans, and construction drawings
- Collaborating with specialist planners for furniture and equipment planning
You will coordinate the deployment of various service providers/tradespeople in consultation with internal space users and the caretaker.
