State Building Management Lower Saxony

The State Building Management South Lower Saxony is one of seven state construction offices in Lower Saxony and carries out construction projects for the state and federal government. With around 120 employees, we oversee more than 1,800 buildings in the southern region of Lower Saxony.

We are currently seeking an

Engineer (m/f/d) - Architecture

Pay grade 11 TV-L and annual bonus | Reference number 10/2024 | Application deadline:

The position is located in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Goslar, Göttingen, or Hildesheim.

Your main responsibilities:

Planning and design of construction projects (phases 1 to 5 of the HOAI) for federal and state properties
Management and supervision of specialist consultants as project managers

Our requirements:

A completed degree in architecture or a comparable field from a university or technical college
At least 2 years of professional experience in planning and design (phases 1 to 5 of the HOAI) for construction projects
Knowledge of business processes in public construction administration
