Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team.

The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that all areas are safe and sanitary.


Duties:


  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor leaks
  • Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
    Requirements:
  • Proven experience in industrial cleaning, floor care, commercial cleaning, or custodial work
  • Knowledge of porter duties, facilities maintenance, buffing techniques, and residential painting is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary Join our team as a Janitor and contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week


Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- cleaning in a medical: 2 years (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Phoenix, AZ preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Phoenix, AZ 85040: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
