Locations: STL, MO or Charlotte, NC

Rate: $55

Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
Lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components.
Design and implement integrations with other systems.
Enforce Salesforce best practices and governance policies.
Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide mentorship and support to team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) required
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) working with the Salesforce platform including custom development, integration, and administration.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience leading and mentoring teams of developers and administrators.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
