- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Educate prospects on innovative insurance coverages for dental, eye care, and auditory services at little or no cost.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and influencers in their healthcare decisions.
- Utilize best practices in sales and education to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Partners and Clinical Coordinators to address service issues and maintain quality standards.
- Update database regularly to ensure accurate resident and facility account information.
- Stay updated on product and technical knowledge in the industry.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Must possess a state-issued insurance license.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, call center, or insurance.
- Experience making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Adaptability to changing work environments.
