Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to ensure student understanding and engagement.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- Stay updated on advancements in the field of science education and incorporate new teaching strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or license in Science.
- Proven experience teaching science at the middle or high school level.
- Familiarity with learning technology and its integration into the classroom.
- Experience in higher education teaching or research laboratory settings is a plus.
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a productive learning environment.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $77.00 per hour
