Summary:
Maintain an atmosphere of confidentiality and professionalism when greeting patients and directing them to appropriate department. Ensure smooth and expedient flow of patients within the health center.

Greet and interact with patients, visitors and guests (individual) in a professional manner.

Prior to granting access to facility, follow internal guidelines of inquire regarding Covid-19 exposure and taking individual's temperature.

Manage the entry flow by directing individuals to appropriate waiting area.

Daily cleaning/disinfecting of work area and supplies.

Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:
One year experience in customer service, excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual

Abilities:

Ability to work 8 hour shifts consistently, including some evenings.

Must be reliable and dependable.

Display compassionate, ethical, and professional demeanor.

Ability to understand and follow oral and written guidelines.

Ability to meet all safety and regulatory requirements (training provided).

Must be able to function while wearing PPE (PPE will be provided).

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or GED

Generally, the working conditions are good with little or no exposure to extremes in health, safety hazards and/or hazardous materials.

This person must have the ability to travel as required to work with staff.
