About Us:

Arabesque Conservatory of Music is excited to introduce a new program focused on entrepreneurship and business skills, specifically designed for individuals with special needs.

Our initiative is dedicated to empowering students by teaching them the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and business management, enhancing their ability to create, innovate, and succeed in a business setting.

We are looking for passionate, experienced, and motivational Entrepreneurship/Business Coaches to provide personalized, in-home coaching on a contract basis.

Position Overview:

As an In-Home Entrepreneurship/Business Coach with Arabesque Conservatory of Music, you will deliver one-on-one coaching to students with special needs, directly in their homes.

This role involves teaching business fundamentals, including idea development, business planning, marketing strategies, and financial management, while adapting to the unique learning styles and abilities of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess each student's interests, abilities, and entrepreneurial goals to develop customized business coaching plans.
Teach various aspects of starting and managing a business, such as identifying business opportunities, creating business plans, understanding customer markets, and managing finances.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting coaching plans and methods as necessary to maximize learning and achievement.
Maintain regular communication with parents, guardians, and any involved professionals to provide updates on progress and discuss ways to integrate entrepreneurial activities into the student's daily life.
Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for discussing and planning business activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Entrepreneur, Business Coach, or in a relevant business management role, with a strong ability to teach and mentor on business concepts and entrepreneurship.
Previous experience or training in working with individuals with special needs is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
A nurturing, patient, and motivational approach to coaching.
Must have reliable transportation for inhome visits.
Available to commit to a contract position with flexible scheduling based on student needs.
