We are currently looking for a Travel Advisor (m/f/d) at the DB Vertrieb GmbH travel center in Tutzing, with connections to Munich-Pasing and Starnberg.

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for advising and selling all offers and additional services in DB's passenger transport
  • You conduct customer conversations in a professional and standardized manner
  • Engaging and actively selling additional offers is also part of your responsibilities
  • You handle fare refunds and advise customers on all matters related to travel
