Responsibilities:

Calculation of bids and project management until bid submission in the field of construction/structural engineering
Internal discussions to coordinate bids
Reviewing feasibility of customer requirements, including coordination
Preparation of special proposals and alternative bids
Quantity determination and onsite exploration for projects to be processed
Support of projects in construction management (e.g. postcalculation)
Preparation of additional bids and participation in negotiations for additional work

Qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, technician degree or equivalent
At least three years of professional experience in construction management and/or bidding preferred
Advanced knowledge of VOB (
