What we are looking for:

You are a trained biology, chemistry laboratory technician, BTA, MTA, PTA or Bachelor in the natural sciences (biology, food technology, nutrition science or biochemistry), have already gained professional experience or are a motivated career starter.

You ideally have knowledge in microbiological quality testing of non-sterile pharmaceuticals according to relevant regulations (pharmacopoeias, USP, EP, ISO standards). A careful, precise work style, reliability and a friendly demeanor, as well as the willingness to work on weekends and holidays, are a given for you. You are a communicative team player with a passion for laboratory work and have the flexibility and willingness to travel for several days if necessary (driver's license class B required).

What we are looking for you:

  • Hygienic sampling (e.g. air microbial counts, surface testing, water monitoring, compressed air measurements, etc.) externally at customer sites, sometimes under clean room conditions
  • Performing tests for microbiological purity on non-sterile products according to pharmacopoeias, FPVs or alternative reference documents such as DIN EN ISO standards
  • Determination of (aerobic) total microbial count
  • Evaluation of test results
