Responsibilities
You will be the right hand of the Store Manager and have a clear overview of all store operations. Your main responsibility is to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

You will conduct sales conversations with both private and business customers, using your expertise, sensitivity, and sales drive. You understand that providing competent advice and support to new and existing customers is of utmost importance. These conversations will take place instore, over the phone, and via email.
Additionally, you will organize the rental of our storage spaces and the sale of our additional products, such as insurance.
You will ensure the smooth operation of the store and take care of general administrative tasks to provide your colleagues with a pleasant working environment.

Profile
You have excellent communication skills, both in personal and written customer contact.
