What can you expect?

  • You will review and evaluate tender documents
  • You will be responsible for processing offers, calculating and post-calculating projects
  • You will create offers, order calculations, supplements, and alternative offers
  • You will work closely with construction management, work preparation, procurement, and external partners

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You ideally have experience in construction management or calculation
  • You are familiar with construction contract regulations and construction contract law
  • You are proficient in working with relevant computer programs and the award and contract regulations for construction services Part A, B, and C
  • You enjoy working in a team and value exchanging ideas with your colleagues
  • You have high self-motivation and speak fluent German
