Customer Care Representative (m/f/d) for our Mörlenbach branch


We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative (m/f/d) to join our team at the Mörlenbach branch in Eutaw, AL as part of our succession planning.


Your main responsibilities:


As a Customer Care Representative (m/f/d), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and holistic advice to assigned customers in all areas of banking and financial services, based on their life stages.

You will also work closely with our specialists in cross-selling products and services. Additionally, you will actively maintain customer relationships and acquire new customers.


Your profile:

If you possess a passion for customer service, dedication, and enthusiasm, you have already met important requirements.


We are also looking for:

  • A successful completion of a banking apprenticeship or a dual study program (DHBW).
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in active, passive, and crossselling business, as well as qualifications in securities trading.
  • You have strong acquisition and negotiation skills, and are driven and salesoriented. You also enjoy working with people and have a passion for sales.
  • You are able to be flexible and adapt to the needs of customers in terms of consultation times.
  • Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills, a friendly and confident demeanor, and are highly sociable, responsible, and a team player.
  • You also identify with the values and standards of customer care at Volksbank Kurpfalz.
