We are currently looking for a (Junior) Property Manager to manage the existing commercial real estate portfolio in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for property management of a demanding, unique commercial real estate portfolio, including debt management, rent increases, deposit management, optimization of ancillary costs, and invoice processing
  • Contact person for commercial tenants, external service providers, and authorities
