Your responsibilities:


• Independently managing the entire recruiting process


• Researching in social networks


• Qualified pre-selection of applicants


• Conducting telephone and personal interviews


• Identifying and implementing new trends in recruiting

• Developing new strategies, concepts, and processes for employee recruitment


• Supporting in the area of personnel
