We are looking for a dynamic and competent employee as an HR Generalist in full-time for a long-term position within direct placement.

This is an attractive, globally operating company in the logistics industry, which offers services in addition to traditional land, sea, and air transport and specializes in various areas, making it a partner for every need.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • From job postings to writing employment references, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks as an HR Generalist
  • You will coordinate smooth processes in human resources for around 200 employees and provide guidance to managers and employees with your expertise
  • Additionally, you will support the area of personnel development and training, as well as contribute to optimizing and digitizing processes in human resources

Your qualifications:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in human resources or a degree in business administration
  • You have professional experience in personnel management and basic knowledge of labor and industrial relations law
  • You are proficient in using MS Office programs and have a structured way of working
  • You efficiently find solutions in the HR field and are motivated to work proactively and independently as an HR Generalist
