What can you expect?

  • You are proficient in handling administration in Jira Service Management and Confluence.
  • You implement customer-specific configurations and customizations using Jira Service Management and Confluence.
  • You independently develop workflows and adapt screens and forms.
  • You are part of the ITSM team and help with the continuous improvement of the systems and their application.
  • You document your work, create manuals, tutorials, FAQs, and further develop our internal knowledge database.
  • You use creative and agile collaboration methods to find solutions.

What do you bring?

  • An IT-oriented education as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a degree in computer science.
  • You have extensive knowledge of the Atlassian tool suite, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
  • Ideally, you already have concrete experience in implementing workflows with Jira and Confluence, as well as in the technical execution of ITIL processes.
  • Good communication skills with very good German (Level C1 or higher) and English (Level B2 or higher) skills.
