Do you want to continuously improve business processes and workflows in the contract service of the Classic Life Insurance department and contribute to the development and maintenance of a future-oriented RUNOFF platform? Your central role:
Optimization of business processes and technical and professional support for the department

You continuously monitor the progress of business processes and workflows and develop proposals and concepts for process and organizational optimization.
With your expertise, you advise and support the department management and process owners in the design and further development of processes.
You work closely with IT interfaces and define technical requirements for systems in the form of preliminary studies and/or technical concepts. You also commission non-project-related changes (e.g. error corrections) to IT systems and coordinate them.
You are responsible for the technical administration of transaction control as well as internal departmental controlling. You also provide technical and professional support for employees through training.
Your tasks are completed by participating in projects and, if necessary, taking on project management responsibilities, as well as creating evaluations and reports.
