The Werkschule Löwenherz is an educational institution located in the district of Berlin-Neukölln.

It provides a learning environment for 70 students in grades 9 and 10, where academic and practical learning, social pedagogical support, and career orientation are closely intertwined.

The Werkschule works on behalf of the Neukölln Youth Office and the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family.

We are currently seeking a part-time (30 hours/week) social pedagogical specialist.


Responsibilities:

  • Social pedagogical support for participating adolescents (9th/10th grade)
  • Support for work pedagogical and academic teaching situations
  • Group or classroom activities for social learning
  • Conversations, conflict resolution, and mediation between students
  • Parent work
  • Collaboration with work pedagogues and teachers

Qualifications:


We are looking for a social pedagogical specialist, preferably with experience in supporting disadvantaged adolescents, who enjoys working in a team and has a confident demeanor.

We also welcome individuals who are interested in growing into this field.
