About flat-mate:

As a young and dynamic team, we manage and rent furnished living spaces in the top locations of Berlin. Our primary target group is international young professionals and students. In addition to our core business of shared rooms, we also offer furnished business apartments.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the office and common areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping)
  • As needed, you will also clean common areas in existing shared apartments
  • Your main task is to inspect and clean shared rooms with each change of tenant
  • You will support our furnishing team in setting up new apartments and perform the final cleaning of new apartments

Your Profile:


  • You have previous experience in cleaning
  • You are reliable, thorough, and precise in your work
  • You are physically fit
  • You have a friendly and customeroriented demeanor
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
  • You have good German language skills
