Hours per week:

Coordination and management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank accounts

Responsibility for debt collection

Reporting to authorities and administrations

Assistance in preparing the annual financial statements

Knowledge of payroll accounting (changes to be reported to tax office)

Maintenance and management of personnel files

Preferably completed commercial training/ experience as an accountant

Good knowledge of bookkeeping

Confident handling of common financial accounting software (DATEV)

High level of accuracy and responsibility, as well as initiative and organizational skills

Enjoyment of working with people and an interest in Waldorf education
