About us
The Baden-Württemberg Cooperative Association (BWGV) is one of the most important and largest economic organizations in the southwest.

Our main tasks are advising, educating, auditing, and representing the interests of our member cooperatives in cooperative, legal, tax, and economic matters.

Tasks
You will advise our members primarily on corporate law issues and support them in their daily corporate legal affairs. Depending on your previous experience or interests, you may also take on questions from other legal areas. You will accompany projects at our members (developing new business fields, transactions, structural corporate legal changes). You will evaluate legal developments and derive necessary actions for our members. You will conduct trainings, workshops, and other events within the association or at our members' locations.

Profile
Two legal state exams ("satisfactory" or better). Professional experience in a law firm or company with a focus on business law. A well-connected legal personality. Independent and entrepreneurial way of working. Enjoyment of a varied and challenging job that offers many opportunities for shaping.
