Property Management Clerk - Beacon, IA, United States - Skyline Solutions
Description
The city of Beacon, IA is currently seeking a temporary Property Management Clerk (m/f/d) for the Department of Real Estate Management, starting as soon as possible.
Compensation:
Up to pay grade 10 according to TVöD
Working hours: 29 hours per week
Vacation: 30 days of vacation with a 5-day work week
Key responsibilities:
- Purchase and sale of properties
- Independent negotiation of property acquisition
- Preparation, coordination, and conclusion of contracts
- Representation of the city of Beacon at hunting meetings
- Establishment of easements
- Land registry and cadastre matters
- Independent handling of citizen inquiries
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Diplomacy in Public Administration or Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, or completion of the second level of employee training
- Completed degree in economics or equivalent
- Strong negotiation skills and communication abilities
- Confident demeanor
- Teamwork skills
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- High level of reliability and willingness to perform
- Willingness to work outside of regular working hours
- This position is also suitable for beginners in the field
