YOUR ROLE

The mission of the CMM SCI F&H team is to provide support and advice for reactive and proactive innovation and renovation projects through their scientific knowledge in sensory analysis and consumer understanding, in order to develop products that meet the needs and expectations of consumers.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Management and improvement of the internal "dairy and dairy alternatives" panel's performance
  • Support for projects in collaboration with the SCI "Food and Health" project managers by conducting statistical analyses and preparing reports
  • Reflection and implementation of sensory trainings to develop the use of Symscript and assist project teams in daily tastings.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in sensory analysis, flavor chemistry, or other relevant field
  • Experience in basic statistics applied to sensory analysis and consumer studies is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good level of English
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills

OUR OFFER
1-year apprenticeship contract available from September 2023.
