Your tasks:

- ̄ General administrative and organizational support for the Head of Global Supply Management and the extended management team
̄ Planning and coordinating appointments and business trips
̄ Organizing meetings, conferences, and other events, supporting the preparation of agendas, materials, and creating protocols and presentations
̄ Handling correspondence in German and English
̄ Preparation of cross-project data evaluations
̄ Participation in the administration of internal projects
̄ Support in the procurement of general cost materials and other procurement tasks


Your profile:

- ̄ Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
̄ Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
