    Rosano Property Management and Rosano Construction Services - Accounting Assistant

    Rosano Property Management and Rosano Construction Services are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to join the property management division. This position offers a full-time office role along with on-site property management responsibilities.     Responsibilities & Duties:
    • Manage accounting focusing on Receivables, Invoicing, and Billing
    • Review property reports, rent roll, income statement, balance sheet
    • Discuss reports with clients, address inquiries, and ensure prompt collection
    • Set goals, strategies, and enhance accounting processes
    • Establish policies, integrate technology for workflow efficiency
    • Assist with tenant matters, lease changes, evictions, and city/county coordination

    Qualifications:
    • Accounting or business degree (AA or BA)
    • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
    • Proficient in analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of accounting principles
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Experience with Yardi Breeze
