Description

The Integration Model Woodcreek is the carrier of the Ambulant Supported Living and Ambulant Care for people with disabilities. We develop and promote alternative housing and support models for people with disabilities to strengthen their social participation. Currently, we support around 170 people with approximately 260 employees who live in our shared living communities, as couples or individually. Our principle for the assisted living we offer is self-determination through personalized support based on individual needs.

We are looking for employees for our residential locations as soon as possible.
