- Manage inventory on employee office/breakroom supplies/smocks/heel straps (Weekly/Monthly)
- Restock & refill general service throughout building (2-3 times per week))
- Check and pick-up the mails/parcels and sort to the right ATTN (Daily)
- Help to set up the refreshment/meals for the client (Daily)
- Follow up with internal vendors to make sure they are proving us the best service possible (Randomly)
- Assist cleaning crew as needed and help keep the facility clean and up to 5S standards
- Verify, Sign, Collect & deliver vendor invoices to the Manager or Admin Assistant
- Coordinate 3rd party services including janitorial/cleaning services and food suppliers and 3rd party housing as needed (hotel/logistics management)
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
- Help to arrange, organize, and coordinate Foxconn events
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff
- Work on special projects and other duties as required
- Other Duties as assigned. Qualifications:
- Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Driver License Required
