As part of EducationHelp, you will help a school-aged child cope with their daily learning in their educational institution and accompany your protege on their path to long-term independence.


The work takes place during school hours (34 hours/week) and is therefore ideal for mothers who want to have time for their family after work.

The following tasks are part of your protective, structuring, and orientation-supporting role:

  • Support with daily organization
  • Assistance with implementing play and learning content
  • Accompaniment during everyday challenges
  • Support in social interactions
  • Accompaniment on outings

Our requirements for you:

  • Enjoyment of working with children
  • Extended police clearance without entries
  • Proof of measles vaccination


A pedagogical education is desirable but not necessary - what is important is a sense for the right approach in educational and learning contexts.

Depending on your level of experience, you will be classified into one of three qualification levels:

  • Qualified assistant
