Description

The SOK-Servicegesellschaft mbH, a subsidiary of the AWO in the Saale-Orla district, is responsible for providing personnel services for AWO facilities. We are currently seeking a Payroll Clerk for the personnel department of Pößnecker Werkstätten gGmbH at Union Park.

This position is temporary and can be filled as full-time or part-time, up to 35 hours per week, 5 days a week.

Your responsibilities

Managing all tasks and correspondence in the personnel office
Maintaining personnel files and master data
Handling all tasks related to the entry or exit of employees
Timely preparation and execution of monthly payroll for employees and workshop staff
Correspondence with authorities, insurance companies, and agencies
Billing of nursing costs
Point of contact for payroll-related matters

What you bring

Completed commercial training with experience in payroll or a completed training as a tax clerk, tax specialist, or certified accountant
Several years of professional experience preferred
Structured way of working
Teamwork, responsibility, confident demeanor, assertiveness, communication skills, and empathy
