Description

We are looking for you as an intern in the personnel service to support our team in Leipzig.

These are your tasks:

  • Creating contract documents in Zvoove (Landwehre), administrative tasks
  • Recruiting employees from September to January for the inventory project
  • Managing, scheduling and deployment planning of employees for inventories
  • Tracking employee hours and verifying invoices
  • Willingness to participate in inventories
  • Public relations: Creating job postings on Instagram and other platforms

What you bring:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn are required
  • Commercial experience and experience in personnel services are desirable
  • A valid driver's license is necessary
  • You are reliable and have a structured way of working
