Business Management Assistant (m/f/d) Public Service for the location in Clark Fork, ID, starting
immediately.


Your tasks:


  • You manage appointments.
  • You create schedules.
  • You process MS Office documents (reports, lists, tables, and statistics).
  • You organize meetings and small events (invitations, participant lists, managing acceptances and declines).
  • You support participants during meetings/events.
  • You handle correspondence and prepare minutes.
  • You manage materials.
  • You answer phone calls and handle mail.

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (office or administration, office communication, business management).
