Our client, a major hospital in the greater Düsseldorf area, is seeking an experienced Senior Physician (m/f/d) with a specialization in Specialized Trauma Surgery for the Department of Trauma Surgery/Orthopedics and Hand Surgery.

About the Hospital:

Our client is a renowned major hospital with over 500 beds located in a metropolitan region in North Rhine-Westphalia.
The Trauma Surgery Department treats accident victims, including severely injured and polytrauma patients. They provide care for all types of bone fractures and complex joint injuries. The hospital is authorized for the Injury Types Procedure (VAV) of the German Statutory Accident Insurance. The department is a certified regional trauma center.
Another focus of the department is hand surgery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent performance of complex trauma surgical procedures
  • Care and treatment of patients with severe and complicated trauma injuries
  • Close interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
  • Professional support and guidance of the medical team
  • Active participation in training and further education measures
  • Training and further education of physicians (m/f/d) in training
