Your tasks:

  • Recording, capturing, and structuring requirements in the areas of sales and service
  • Ongoing analysis and harmonization of all CRM-related business processes
  • Supporting colleagues in customer projects and taking on individual work packages in customer projects
  • Error analysis and resolution and support (areas of use: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OnPremise CRM 7.0, ERP and S/4HANA) in current projects
  • Designing, implementing, and documenting solutions according to the ITIL process
  • Integration support for connecting cloud solutions, such as SAP Sales Cloud - SAP Service Cloud

Your qualifications:

  • Good degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, logistics, business administration, or a comparable course of study
  • High affinity for logistics and IT, ideally with first SAP ERP experience/cloud experience and good MS Office skills
  • Confident appearance, strong communication skills, as well as goal orientation and teamwork
  • Very good German and good English skills
