Chief physician position in a small psychiatric clinic with 75 beds divided into 4 wards, in addition to a day clinic with approximately 15 beds and PIA.

Qualifications

Specialist (m/f/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

As the chief physician of the clinic, you will be responsible for the overall management of the clinic and the team, consisting of doctors, psychologists, and nursing staff, and have responsibility for treatment quality. Our client is looking for a dedicated, flexible, and independent individual with adequate professional experience and a high level of service orientation.

Offered

Chief physician contract with salary corresponding to the position of chief physician, possibly income from private liquidation, which will later serve as the basis for further negotiations with the administration of the hospital.
