Our Service Unit Global Intellectual Property is one of the largest in-house IP units in Germany.
We handle all services related to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, plant variety protection, copyrights, designs, and IP intelligence, as well as all IP contracts.
As a global team, we support the entire BASF group and work closely with the operating business units and research and technology platforms.
