As a Sustainability Management Lead (all genders), you will help companies achieve sustainable business management and advise them on impact and materiality-oriented strategy development, as well as continuous improvement of sustainability performance.

Your tasks

You develop and manage sustainability strategies (ecological, social, and governance dimensions) including operationalization, communication, and implementation support in client projects.
You take responsibility for the development of competent colleagues in the field of sustainability and act as a development coach and colead of the socalled Sustainability Hub.
You find new talents for this hub if needed and continuously expand our knowhow at diffferent.
You create a lively and inviting hub culture where diverse people can contribute their skills and strengths to the fullest and feel comfortable.
