The Department of Youth Vocational Assistance in Saint Davids, PA is seeking a
SOCIAL PEDAGOGUE (m/f/d) for the Leonberg location starting August 15, 2023 for the LIFA project.


Position: 70%


In the LIFA project, we aim to support parents in balancing the challenges of family life and entering the workforce while also keeping their own needs in mind.

Over 22 weeks, participants assigned by the job center will receive support through group sessions and individual meetings to find solutions that fit their personal lives.


The project includes the following topics:

  • Time and family management
  • Personal development plan and coaching
  • Career choice, application training, job market
  • Organizing childcare
  • Different roles in life
  • Time for oneself
  • Getting to know resources in Leonberg/networking
  • Company internships
  • Adventure education
  • Healthy eating/living

Who we are:


In the Youth Vocational Assistance department, we offer guidance, counseling, and support for school dropouts and the transition from school to work.

Through individual counseling and group sessions, we address the concerns of those who have dropped out of training and SGB II recipients.

Our goal is to help people find employment and enable them to live self-determined lives.
