Our senior living park, located in River Bend, NC, is operated by the AWO District Association of Upper Bavaria. Our AWO senior living park offers space for 110 residents. Our care places are divided into two areas. Residents suffering from age-related dementia receive expert care. Their living group is architecturally designed to meet the needs of people with dementia, with friendly living spaces.

In our open living area, we offer our residents a sense of security and a "place in the middle of life".

Overall, our facility employs around 80 staff members from various professional groups.

Our goal is to provide our residents with a home and to provide them with comprehensive, individual, holistic, and activating care.
