What you'll be doing with us:
Are you looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to a culture of respectful leadership? Then join the management team at our REWE Marcel Ettner oHG and assist with all tasks as needed, including filling in for the manager when necessary:

  • You will not only implement the REWE sales concept, but also actively contribute your ideas to shaping the product range and implementing advertising and sales measures.
  • You will manage sales, costs, inventory development, and the implementation of quality management.
  • You will support your team with advice and guidance, lead by example, and create work schedules.
  • You value respectful leadership and collaboration based on trust.
  • You will provide competent advice and excellent service to ensure that our customers feel completely at ease.
  • You will ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with your attention to detail.
  • You will be responsible for compliance with legal and company regulations.

What we're looking for:

  • Your commercial training, preferably in the food retail sector – a degree as a retail
