Job Description:

  • Independent and responsible management of financial accounting
  • Processing of payments and reminders
  • Payroll and salary accounting as well as management of personnel contracts
  • Active participation in our events (including budget planning, controlling)
  • Preparation of business evaluations
  • Proactive improvement and redesign of processes desirable
  • Contact person for management and tax office
  • Preparatory tasks and cooperation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and tax returns

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial/accounting training or training as a tax clerk
  • Further training as a certified accountant is an advantage
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Relevant professional experience in financial accounting and good tax knowledge
  • Selfinitiative and a reliable and structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills, reliability and confident appearance
  • Experience in the gastronomy industry is an advantage
