Your tasks:

Recognizing needs: Conducting needs and potential analyses within our consulting approach, always tailored to the individual life situation of our customers/prospects

Advising people: Providing advice to an existing customer base and acquiring new customers for one or more of the following product areas: loans, checking accounts, cards, and retirement planning

Delighting customers: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, including independently scheduling customer appointments and offering individually tailored additional products

Living a risk culture: Continuously developing and maintaining a sense of responsibility in proactively managing risks within the bank


Your profile:

-
Knowing the right things: Commercial education, preferably in the banking sector, e.g. as a bank clerk, or a comparable education

Being able to do the important things: Knowledge and experience in one or more of the above-mentioned product areas, or willingness to familiarize oneself with them

Bringing the necessary skills: Enjoying strong teamwork, close customer contact, and professional service

Having something special: A sense for people and their needs, combined with talent and passion for sales - including everything that comes with it: consulting with needs analysis, recommendations, and closing deals, as well as customer support
